How much is the shipping cost?

Do you accept shipping to P.O. Box address?
Please note that delivery to a P.O. Box is not available, kindly enter your physical address.

How long does it take to process my order?
Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed,and we will ship to you in 2-7days. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. In addition to offering great customer service to our customers, we value our employees and do not typically process orders on weekends or major holidays.

How long will it take for my package to arrive once it is shipped?
The tracking number may take 1-2 business days to update. Usually, the delivery will not take more than 8-10days business days after the tracking number updates.

How do I check my order status?
When your package has shipped, a tracking number will be provided to your account and you will receive a tracking number notification email as well.

My order was marked as delivered, but I haven't received it. What should I do?


Typically, If you don't receive your items after 12 business days, we suggest you call the local postal carrier to check whether the courier start to dispatch or not.
If that doesn't work, kindly contact Customer Support Team and we will our best to assist you.

My package is lost/ out-of-delivery. Can I get a refund or a replacement?
Yes, we can offer a replacement if the parcel is lost. But you need to pay for the shipping fee for the replacement. One thing to note is that if the parcel was out of delivery or lost as a result of an incorrect shipping address, we will not offer a replacement nor give a refund.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped?
We encourage you to check your address details carefully before submitting your order. If you need to change the address details once your order is being delivered, you will be charged a service fee to process the new shipment. The fee will depend on the specific circumstances and charges from the shipping company.
